Queer Association – Temida is thrilled to announce a transformative project supported by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Norway, under the initiative: “LEAD: Leadership, Equality, Advocacy, Democracy”

This initiative aims to bolster trans and queer communities by offering crucial employment services, including comprehensive training programs and the development of essential employability skills.

Program Highlights

Employment Consultant Support:

Participants will receive dedicated guidance from employment consultants to cultivate skills vital for successful employment. This includes assistance with CV/resume building, crafting compelling cover letters, preparing for interviews, and invaluable mentoring.

Personalized Career Counseling:

A series of three specialized sessions will empower program participants to identify their unique strengths and interests, creating a tailored development plan crucial for effective employment. Our career counselors will be there every step of the way.

Tailored Training and Activities:

Services will be aligned with individual development plans crafted in collaboration with career consultants. This ensures that participants have access to the specific training and activities they need to excel in their chosen fields.

Facilitating Employment Opportunities:

We are committed to actively seeking out potential employers and advocating for the placement of program participants in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.

Through this initiative, Queer Association – Temida is dedicated to equipping trans and queer communities with the tools they need to thrive in the workforce. Together, we are working towards a more inclusive and empowered future for all.
