The goal of the project is to enhance the well-being and quality of life of internally displaced migrants, as well as members of the MSM and trans* communities impacted by the Russia-Ukraine war and conflicts in the region.
Services available within the project include case management, funding for gender-affirming services (hormonal therapy), HIV therapy funding for HIV-positive MSM and trans individuals (including doctor consultations and funding for medical examinations), and STD treatment.

Results of the Project: (Ongoing)
- Community meetings were conducted, with participation from up to 30 trans and MSM migrants.
- A social worker managed 13 cases for MSM and trans migrants, providing access to gender-affirming healthcare for 11 beneficiaries, access to ARV therapy for 2 beneficiaries, and participation in a PrEP program for 1 beneficiary.
