Planned Project Budget:
The goal of the project is to strengthen the resilience of the trans community in Georgia by mobilizing the community, providing knowledge and crisis services, and increasing the positional visibility of the community.
Services available within the project include social worker services, support for gender affirmation procedures, and case management (Case Management).

Results of the Project:
- 81 community members benefited from the services of a social worker.
- 17 community members benefited from the support of gender affirmation.
- Case management of 53 beneficiaries included food, medicine, rent support, and assistance for other medical procedures.
- The Trans Conference 2023 was held on November 19-20, 2024, attracting more than 100 members and supporters of the trans community from three regions of Georgia, as well as from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, and Moldova.
- Three performances were conducted in Batumi and Tbilisi as part of the KOSA SHOWCASE, drawing attendance from over 2000 queer community members and supporters.
- Approximately ten short video releases were created for the positive visibility of trans individuals, garnering up to 200,000 views on social networks.
