Call for LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusivity Handbook Author/Researcher

  1. Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced author/researcher to develop a comprehensive handbook on creating an LGBTQ+ friendly workplace. The aim is to provide practical insights and guidance for organizations looking to foster inclusive environments for individuals of all sexual orientations and gender identities.

  1. Objectives: We invite proposals from individuals with expertise in LGBTQ+ workplace inclusivity to:
  • Develop a handbook outlining best practices and strategies.
  • Provide insights on supporting LGBTQ+ employees through policies, awareness initiatives, and mentorship programs.
  1. Scope:

The selected author/researcher will:

  1. Qualifications:

Demonstrated expertise in LGBTQ+ workplace inclusivity.

Familiarity with LGBTQ+ issues and challenges.

Proven experience in creating educational materials or handbooks on diversity and inclusion.
