- Introduction:
We are seeking an experienced author/researcher to develop a comprehensive handbook on creating an LGBTQ+ friendly workplace. The aim is to provide practical insights and guidance for organizations looking to foster inclusive environments for individuals of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
- Objectives: We invite proposals from individuals with expertise in LGBTQ+ workplace inclusivity to:
- Develop a handbook outlining best practices and strategies.
- Provide insights on supporting LGBTQ+ employees through policies, awareness initiatives, and mentorship programs.
- Scope:
The selected author/researcher will:
