Project Overview: We are seeking qualified researchers or researcher teams to conduct a comprehensive research study aimed at evaluating the current state of employment opportunities and inclusivity in workplaces for the LGBTQ community in Georgia. This initiative is part of our commitment to fostering diversity and creating more inclusive work environments. The research will involve collaboration with employers, community organizations, international bodies, private and public employment agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.

Objectives: The primary objectives of this research are as follows:

  1. To assess the existing employment opportunities for the LGBTQ community in Georgia.
  2. To evaluate the level of inclusivity in workplaces across various sectors.
  3. To identify challenges faced by the LGBTQ community in the employment market.
  4. To explore opportunities for enhancing inclusivity and creating supportive work environments.

Scope of Work: The selected researcher or research company will be responsible for:

  1. Designing and implementing research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis.
  2. Gathering data from a diverse range of sources, such as employers, community organizations, international bodies, private and public employment agencies, and other stakeholders.
  3. Analyzing and interpreting collected data to provide evidence-based insights.
  4. Preparing a comprehensive report outlining findings, challenges, and recommendations.

Qualifications: Interested researchers or researcher teams should possess the following qualifications:

  1. Demonstrated experience in related research or related fields.
  2. Proven expertise in employing a variety of research methodologies.
  3. Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
  4. Familiarity with the employment landscape

Proposal Submission: Interested parties should submit their proposals by January 31, 2024. Proposals should include a  methodology, timeline, budget (not more than 5000-6000 GEL), and team qualifications.
